As a property owner and STR investor himself, Ian co-founded Manor to build the company he always wished existed.

Ian brings a sharp strategic mind and a track record of building and scaling businesses from the ground up. His background in strategy and sales means he understands how to identify opportunity, build client relationships, and grow revenue — skills he has applied directly to Manor since day one.

As a real estate investor himself, Ian knows what property owners actually need from a service partner. He built Manor to be the company he always wished existed — one that combines professionalism, accountability, and genuine care for every property it touches.

Ian holds an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.

Hannu Willey

Hannu is the operational backbone of Manor. With a deep background in finance and operations, he brings the systems thinking and financial discipline that allow Manor to grow without sacrificing the quality and consistency clients depend on.

A seasoned real estate investor in his own right, Hannu understands the numbers behind property ownership and what it takes to protect and grow an asset. His focus on process, efficiency, and smart capital allocation shapes how Manor operates at every level.
